Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process for a return or shade exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items you wish to return in their original packaging or a secure mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or new shade will be processed within 5-7 business days.
